Jewelry Care

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and made of 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating. We do not use brass, nickel, or other base metals that often cause adverse reactions in sensitive skin.  

Some of our jewelry is waterproof and all of our items are water-resistant. We do recommend a little extra care to get the most wear out of your pieces. We encourage you to follow these simple instructions:

Care:

• Remove your jewelry when in prolonged contact with water i.e. exercising, washing your hands, showering, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture. 

• Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners that aren’t specifically made for gold-plated jewelry. 

• Rub, don’t buff. Use a soft cloth to clean your gold-plated items. Do not apply a lot of pressure when rubbing, be gentle and ensure that your jewelry is completely dry if you’ve used a liquid to clean it. 
  
  
• Keep away from perfume, cosmetics and body and hair sprays.  

• Store your jewelry in a secure pouch, box or air-tight container out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Despite our additional coating process, it’s important to remember that all metal is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually oxidize, fade or require expert maintenance in its lifetime.
